Due to our limited inventory we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a store credit (less original shipping cost) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
We offer returns for items in new and unworn condition with tags attached within 10 days of your receipt of shipment with the exception of items marked FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.
To complete a return, please follow the steps below:
- Fill out "Return Reason" on the packing slip included with your shipment. Please make sure this packing slip is included in your return shipment so we may identify your order.
- We appreciate your patience in allowing us time to complete the return process. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds are for product only and do not include original shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
- If you would like to return an item, but do not have the pre-printed return label from your package, please include your order number and reason for return in your package and contact Customer Care for the return address at firstname.lastname@example.org
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.
Please choose the right shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our Shipping option is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like these safeguards added to your shipment, we suggest choosing Upgraded USPS UPS or DHL at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to your selected shipping service directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away and we can file a claim.
